Hit the Road – Photo Field Trips
J. TOMAS LOPEZ
is an internationally known photographer whose work is in many collections, including the Smithsonian and the International Museum of Photography.
2-day field trip:
March 8-9: 5th Avenue, Naples**
(extended hours based on locations)
This two-day seminar will open your eyes to photographic
“seeing” and use of lighting. Photography means writing with
light, yet many photographers spend all their money on
cameras and lenses rather than studying the language and
syntax of light. Learn to see and use natural and artificial
lighting in a step-by-step, problem-solving way. Includes a
field trip to downtown Naples Saturday morning to practice
what you learned.
Equipment: DSLR or point-and-shoot camera.
**Students participating in Field Trips are responsible for travel arrangements. Access supply list at thephil.org or call (239) 254-2642 before purchasing a ticket to this workshop.
